About

Background

Charlie Marks is a filmmaker and environmental activist using the power of filmic storytelling to imagine and inspire a better planet for all living beings.

 

Currently a senior Film and Media Studies Major and Environmental Studies Minor at Colorado College, Charlie is writing and directing his thesis short-film, in pre-production for a short documentary on the Okefenokee Swamp, and in post-production on a interview with grizzly-bear conservationist Doug Peacock for State of the Rockies.

 

Charlie has a passion for visual storytelling and utilizes the camera to reveal stories in light and motion.
